The Millennial Ink TikTok app ("the App") is operated by Millennial Ink, a tattoo studio located in Flint, Michigan. The App enables Millennial Ink to share tattoo artwork videos directly to its official TikTok account using TikTok's Content Posting API.

By authorizing the App through TikTok's login, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not authorize the App.

The App is intended solely for use by Millennial Ink staff to:
- Authenticate with TikTok via Login Kit
- Upload and publish video content to Millennial Ink's official TikTok account

The App is not offered to the general public. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

All videos posted through the App are created by or on behalf of Millennial Ink and feature the studio's tattoo artwork. Millennial Ink retains all rights to its content and is solely responsible for ensuring it complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

The App operates on TikTok's platform and is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and API Terms. Millennial Ink is not responsible for TikTok's platform availability, changes to its APIs, or actions taken by TikTok.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Millennial Ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Millennial Ink may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
